Some resorts offer a snowskate park usually intended for singledeck snowskating but many resorts offer lift access for bidecks.
When snowskating at resorts your snowskate will need to be equipped with a leash and metal edges. An extendible leash such as a strong dog leash or coil is recommended so the snowskate does not get caught in your feet if you fall.

How To ride off of a chairlift:

1. Get your snowskate prepared before the unloading ramp
2. Make sure nothing is going to get caught on the chair upon dismounting
3. Grab onto the nose of your snowskate holding it vertical
4. Place your foot on the tail dragging it accross the loading ramp
5. Let go of the nose of the snowskate while placing your front foot on the snowskate
6. Push off of the chair and ride away

Always obey the rules of your local resort and ride in control. Make sure your leash is strong and attached to your board well, DO NOT ride a resort without a leash as you could seriously injure someone with a runaway board as well as get snowskating banned from that resort.
