The Open at Hood this year was a blast, riding was amazing and the weather couldn't have been better. Thank you to all involved.

Andy Wolf and Tim Windell wanted suggestions for the event next year, they mentioned making it multi day, and having camping/meals available at Windells. This thread is for ideas/suggestions from the snowskate community for the next Mt Hood Open.

The event was awesome. Multi day could be rails one day and jumps the other. Most of all I suggest doing it again.

Yes on a multi-day.  Makes the trip more worthwhile.  I also second the idea to do different events on different days.  Summer riding at Hood is awesome!

Summer yes 4th no I agree. split up the event into two sessions. just tighten the thing up. $25 entry shouldnt include taking down rails? Tim should somehow get some Diggers for that in between. just thoughts it but it was super fun!
