ordered a snowskate off of the website on october 4th.  Have not been able to get ahold of anyone at ralston and my snowskate has not arrived yet.  the website is no longer working either.  does this seem normal?

the building i have been renting the past few seasons has sold and we moved out oct 1.  wrong time of the year for moving but thats the breaks.  all inventory has been sold but the new factory is near complete and i should be up and running very soon.  on the plus side the new building belongs to the company so we are secure for years to come and it is quite a bit cheaper than the old spot.  i guess the bad economy has some benefits.  This season we will be doing a limited run of a few hundred boards by new years  (41" standard and the 36"mini).  once they are done my main focus will be getting the bigger press finished and getting the Bonser "Dudeski" 45" and the powskate/powsurfers on the market.  not sure if time will allow for a second run of freestyle sticks so dont drop the ball and miss out.
