Hey everyone. I'm new here, and since snowskating seems like something I would rather do than skiing and snowboarding, I was wondering whether to wait and get a ralston bi-deck when they get back in stock or to find something else like the one in the shop here?
What would be the advantages/disadvantages of each?

I would be doing some simple cruising and a bit of freestyle riding.. not sure what to get. Any advice?

Libs are pretty rad if you have rockers but if you want too jam reggae I would suggest waiting it might be hard but they are hella tight. Although I've never had a full sesh on a full sized ralston just on the mini and I honestly wouldn't ride anything else I have an anti hero for my topdeck it's as close to skateboarding you can get when its cold as fuck

Hi,

depend on your size, weight, budget and type of riding, most brands out there have comparable great boards, it's all in the details and your preferences. If you have the chance to try some, do it.

How tall are you? What snow conditions will you be riding? That circuit/0910 is a smaller board, skateboard size with deep concave and steeper nose/tail. It is laminated with marine resin/fibreglass and is built to be used in the snow and take a beating (built as a snowskate, not a skateboard). I ride it in the park or when the snow is hardpack, it ollies great and is fun for tricks and groomers but it doesn't have a lot of surface area for floating in pow if you get those conditions often.

I'm 5'10, and would probably be riding a mix between powder and groomed runs.. I guess I'm looking for a decent all-around board to get me started while I figure out what kind of riding I'm interested in.

Then you may want a longer/larger board like the Lib, FPS, Chiller, Minus7, Boyd Hill...etc.

ok this is the first posting of my new updated 135(white on the right). we have been riding and loving the old 130 for two seasons now and this summer I tweaked another 5 cm out of the length. I'm really excited to get out on this thing. Handles groomers like a dream, hauls ass and still floats pow. Everyone who has stepped foot on the old one loved it, I think the new one will blow the old one away. Still working hard on my product page on the website for this season. I'm expecting to have new pics and tons of info later this week. I'll let everyone know when it plops.

zak123 small boards won't float powder ever, which I think is what he wants. if you want to float between groomers and pow you need at least a 48" with a taper.

mark, is that 130 the same one Tulloch got from you last spring? It might have been red on top? That thing was a quiver killer for sure! a friend in SLC is looking for a set-up he is at Brighton and I think that one Jeff let me try last spring would be so Ideal for the conditions there.

So is I were looking at an all around board for groomed and powder runs, what would you recommend specifically?
I would still like to be able to do some low-level park tricks (ollies, shuvits, etc)
