Heading into my sixth season of blogging about building and riding. Once I get going I try and post every week, usually on fridays. Its mostly about riding pow and building but there is some short deck stuff on there too and backyard terrain parks of which I'm a big fan. If you have any comments post them here on this thread.

usually snowpark boxes use HDPE (High-density polyethylene) boards, quite expensive and you can find them at your local plastic supplier.

yea could be HDPE, seems kinda shiny for the uhmw. Sign makers use something that is a bit thinner but would still work, you might check with them to see if they have any scraps. I think the sign stuff is abs, not sure. and yes dude, you need to come visit.
