Pioneer Snowskates and customer service

Hi,
I'm hoping someone else on this forum has bought something this season from Pioneer Snowskates.
I ordered a new setup (the Pioneer 2) on December 20th, and paid via PayPal. I received a receipt from Craig, but it was an automated receipt.
It's now December 30th and I've heard nothing back.
Has anyone else had an experience like this with Pioneer, and if so, what's the best way to reach them? I just want the new setup, I don't want to have to file a PayPal dispute - because that doesn't result in a new setup, just a refund, which isn't the point. If I do get a refund instead of a board I'm thinking of a Ralston - if they ever get their online shop running.
By comparison when I ordered from Florida Powderskates last season, customer service was very, very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

drop him a note, I'm sure he's working on it. Its hard for us garage builders to stock much inventory. its easier to fill the orders as they come in.

Hope it works out for you.......I kinda had my eye on one of their setups so I would like to see them stick around.

Setup finally arrived yesterday, via an unannounced FedEx delivery. Which is to say that I didn't get shipping notification and because it was 23 days after I had ordered, I was regularly emailing Craig to find out what was going on. However, he wasn't real responsive and didn't let me know that the order had shipped.
When I opened the box the board was there with Rockers, which is exciting. He'd also thrown in a video I didn't want, stickers I didn't request, and a t-shirt that I hadn't requested. What was missing from the box was the leash I had ordered.
So customer service for Pioneer is a bit of a bust.
I'm not able to get up to Stevens for a couple weeks but plan on having a go in the park when I get there. Board construction looks good, though the tip and tail of the sub are translucent when held up to the light. I wonder if the core doesn't run all the way through. The deck is a little heavier than I'd thought, though not as heavy as the deck on my Florida Powderskate. Grip is very textured, which makes me hopeful that it will be stable. Shipped with the new Rockers and the sub flexes nicely when pressure is applied. Sidewalks are rounded and capped as opposed to hard, which should be good on rails.
