I know Steve Frink proved that snowskates could carve groomers but Tom sims has to be credited with the first bideck/pow skate.

Yah,
Wally had one of these on the wall at the IPS shop. From what I hear those things were skater abuse. No sharp edges so it just slipped out from under you. I do not know if anyone who rode one of those that is into snowskating now. The concept has been around for a long time. The tech is all there now just to make it available to everyone.
