This is my proposal sent to kickstarter today. I just wanted everyone to know what im up to and aiming for. Which is aiming fairly high I believe. I hope I can get every snowskaters contributions on this so we can make this happen cause it will take the entire snowskate community to do it. With that being said this is what I sent to kickstarter-

"My project is to film and photograph the ever progressing, increasingly popular and very demanding sport of snowskating across the globe. Which takes snowboarding back to its bindingless beginnings. My goal is to gather video and photo footage from all over the world, and include slope-style park and backcountry first descents from the worlds top snowskate riders. Showing the gear, the guts and glory it takes to skate the gnar on the whole mountain slope. Marking this momentous huge new era in the snowsport industry!! I plan on shooting thru the end of next winter season to accumulate enough footage to make a full length feature documentary film. Bringing this previously untapped solid winter-sport to the forefront of this industry."

I would really like input on what people think about this. Ideas, suggestions, shit talk.. whatever.. Mucho Gracias!! Gergis Maximus Photography https://www.facebook.com/GergisMaximusPhotography

I am still waiting on a response but I feel extremely great about the outcome. And even if I dont get it I will still be doing it, but just on the "not so baller" budget!!

I am planning on emailing kickstarter to ask it they can explain what wasn't a good "fit". Seems like there would be plenty of support throughout our growning community so I don't see what they could lose by letting us make or brea it..anyways I don't think the prize van for the roundup was the cause. Who knows..they prob have super robots figure out who gets thru and who doesn't..or maybe wizards..either way this IS happening it is just a matter of my own financing and time. Maybe all the snowskate companies that wanna be involved with such a large project would help in the that area slightly??
