a surf wax scraper is the best thing that i broth with me riding last year.
remove ice formation on the grip with out damage and under your boots.
put it in your pocket or with your pass.
super handy.

a screwdriver/wrench is a good idea too and maybe some extra hardware.

Switching decks and subs requires a collapsible philips (used to use on my snowboard binding thingys) and a 10mm wrench but, for scraping snow I like this highly evolved technologically advanced super snosk8 scraping tool. Where do they come up with this stuff?  If you forget to bring one with you to the mountain privately ask the lunch lady for one.  Lunch ladies love snowskaters and keep these special scrapers around just incase a snowskater brakes, looses, or forgets to bring one.

Based on a tip from Jake at rocker, we build all the boyd hill stuff with 10 mm bolts, that way the only tool ya gotta bring is a 10 mil. Base bolts and deck bolts n nuts, bam.
Just dont wreck and impale yourself with a 10 mil open end.

been riding 9 powder days so far in to the season. last year a 200 days season.
hiking lots, the surf wax scraper is small ,light & handy.
i'm telling you next to your pass it feel like nothing.
for the 10 mm  there is some everywhere  on the mountain at every lift.
& i have a small tool box on my sled in all time.
if you don't fell like trying it just don't.
