I guess it's offical. The seattle times is putting it in their XTREAM ACTION SPORTS of winter guide. Presidents day weekend Feb 19,20.21 Rules so far. Powder no binders

Normally the odds would be 100% to get powder around HR with all the easy access backcountry we have around H.R. This year though is sucking big time. We haven't had more then a couple inches at a time for over a month and more rain then anything else. So for now this contest is canceled. Check the Strapless Weekend post for a new event that should make up for it though
